Eastmans' Publishing, Inc. is a holding company engaged in publishing. We publish book and magazines, along with producing videos, DVDs, and TV programs. We also develop and sell products such as apparel, hats and artwork.
Eastmans' Publishing, Inc. started as "The Outdoorsmen" magazine in 1987, by Mike and Bertie Eastman while living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Mike and Bertie built the magazine up and then sold it to Lee Publishing in 1997. At that point, the magazine's name was changed to "Eastmans' Journal". The Eastmans' continued to work for the magazine until 2000. They then decided to buy it back, and renamed the magazine "Eastmans' Hunting Journal". At that time the operation was relocated to Powell, Wyoming.
Since then, Eastmans' Publishing, Inc. has grown into one of the largest names in the hunting industry. Eastmans' now publishes two magazines - Eastmans' Hunting Journal and Eastmans' Bowhunting Journal, produces a national TV show, numerous books, and DVDs. Today, Eastmans' Publishing, Inc. is owned and operated by Guy and Ike Eastman, Mike and Bertie's sons.
