Alaska Spring Bear Memoirs Part 1

Dialed In - Cameron HanesOther than hunting season, this is one of my favorite times of the year
because now is when all the hot new gear and products are released.
Sportsmen’s Edge Multi-Vitamin Supplement formulated exclusively for
Robinson Labs, Inc. is one of these items. I had the chance to get my hands
a few sample bottles of the tablets to try out this past season and I can
say firsthand, they do make a difference.

Isn’t that what it is all about in hunting? Finding something that will make a difference, regardless of how slight the difference is. It is commonly the little things that determine success or failure and for me, on tough hunts in the rugged mountains, I many times push my body to the breaking point. This is where Sportsmen’s Edge comes in. While I did start taking the tablets regularly, twice a day, months before season, I think that where they really paid for themselves was at the tail end of my long backcountry bivy hunts.

Maybe with the help of a balanced diet and this supplement you’ll be in a position to hump it up the hill a little quicker than normal to head off a herd of elk or stick with a long stalk on a big muley just a little longer. Where in the past you might have gotten lazy and hasty or simply thrown in the towel, writing off the opportunity as too hard, this time you may just find a fraction more strength. Why, because you have the EDGE. On a couple of my hunts this year, I think the Sportsmen’s Edge Supplement made enough of a positive impact that I was able to push on and ultimately kill that trophy buck.

For those interested, following is a press release from Robinson Labs concerning their product or go online at http://www.sportsmensedge.com/:

  1. This product was formulated by two board certified Internal Medicine doctors spending hundreds of hours reviewing published medical research in order to come up with a formula that maximizes the attributes we, as hunters, need. We are avid hunters, not merely spectators in this consumer market. We want to enhance our Vision, Hearing, Odor Control, Cognitive Concentration, Stamina, Cold Tolerance, Better Circulation, Prevention of Altitude Sickness and General Health Maintenance.
  2. This product is truly the first of its kind. No other product on the market, hunting related or generally marketed has all the correct scientific research proven quantities of the needed ingredients that enhance the above listed attributes in one easy to take daily formula. To accomplish the same goal by going to the health and nutrition store, one would literally have to buy and consume a large handful of pills each day from multiple products and at a substantially higher cost and inconvenience. Any side by side comparison with any other formula on the market today is a clear win for SPORTSMEN’S EDGE.
  3. It should be stressed that the AMA among other medical groups came out recently with the recommendation that all adults should take a complete multi-vitamin daily period.
  4. All of us to different degrees will develop macular degeneration as we get older which causes our sight to degrade. It is preventable by the correct doses of Lucien, zinc and copper which is included in this formula at the appropriate dose. This is absolutely, scientifically proven in the ARID study. Multiple “eye vitamins” are now on the market since this study was released and selling for an average of $30.00 – $55.00 per month. We can offer a much more complete and correct eye formula for much, much less plus offer all the other trait enhancements as mentioned above for no extra cost. Just remember how as a kid, an adult would always ask, “How can you read in that light?” As we get older we are more likely to report that we“…just don’t drive so well at night anymore.” These are the typical ARID (Age Related Eye Disease) symptoms that we all over 30 can expect to experience. The basic problem of ARE relates to eye pigments burning out. Currently, and on the horizon, there are no “medications” that can be used to treat this condition. The only solution is to step up the repair aspect of normal eye function via nutrition. Nutritional supplementation can significantly extend the prime hunting times both in the evening and morning. The typical hunter, who has gradually adjusted their expectations, gets in the tree later and comes out earlier, unaware that this no longer has to be the case. Trophy opportunities are regularly lost. Literally, we can greatly improve your hunting success through optimizing your nutrition. Your eyes are the ultimate optics.
  5. It even contains the best complete high potency multi-vitamin that meet or exceeds 100% of the recommended daily allowance of the overwhelming majority of minerals and vitamins, and does all this safely without any toxicity concerns. It can not be stressed enough that this is totally safe and non-toxic and can be taken indefinitely on a daily basis. To have all this in one supplement is unheard of and available at any cost till now.
  6. This is the cheapest route that any sportsman/hunter can take to improve the traits that are targeted (i.e. Maximizing your natural ability to see and hear by supplementation is far cheaper then expensive optics and hearing aids). It is also a very healthy modification to one’s general health. Your eyes are the most important optics you carry to the field and your health, stamina and ability to ward off physical insults are just as important. Why spend untold thousands of dollars on gear and paraphernalia but not invest in your own health and well being.
  7. It should be noted that this product is definitely not limited to hunters but is extremely useful to all outdoorsmen and athletes. All the traits that have been targeted to be enhanced are very important to all of us no matter what activity/sport we engage in whether we are professional athletes, serious hardcore outdoorsmen/women or just weekend warriors. Nutritional supplementation really improve your vision, hearing, concentration, stamina, body odor, cold tolerance, circulation and resistance to altitude sickness.
