I have a CA bear tag and a NV mule deer tag and will be hunting whitetails in GA in December. I bowhunt hogs whenever all year round also so there really is never much down time luckily!

Thanks! I killed my first couple bucks with that gun when I was 12 and 13 but hadn't used it until I had the Scout scope mounted on it this spring. I killed a 400+ pound spring bear with it the day I got it sighted in. I am really happy with it for the environment I hunt here on the coast.

Big Sur: Those are some great looking blackmails. I have hunted them for 30 years in Oregon and bucks like that are very hard to come by. Are you hunting private or public?

My son's (Cody) Blacktail (hybird) arrowed this past weekend.......still another tag to go for him, so he's looking for a bigger one. One arrow from 35 yards did the trick.
