So after almost a week of hunting, I finally got my antelope! He's not real big only 65" but I am very happy with him for my first archery antelope! He was completely DIY Public land and spot and stalk! This is the forth year of hunting this area and it is the first year I have gotten one with my bow. It was also my second archery rattlesnake. Haha It was a very fun week!

Good job jenbickel on arrowing that goat, spot and stalk makes it especially unique and rewarding!

Great job Jen! I haven't done that yet but it is on the list. I've heard several people talk about how difficult they can be to spot and stalk with a bow and know that is quite an accomplishment.

Lol you are welcome!! I think rattlesnakes are super fun to shoot with a bow! It's my second one through the head! I love it!

Thanks everyone!! It was a very rewarding hunt! Stalking up 40 yards on an antelope definitely is not easy!

Nice job Jen!

Looking at all your smiles, it looks like you had a great hunt. Spot and stalk antelope with a bow is not an easy thing to do. Well done!

Very good Jen..There aren't all that many hunters period who can say they have spot and stalked and arrowed an antelope at 40 yards or less. You should be very proud yourself..I am and I dont even know you...lol..Great trophy!! Better send it in to Eastmans magazine..They may make you famous!!
