Why can't I view comments to the question of the month/poll?

Waiting to post results once the magazine comes out?

I'd say share your thoughts here, but I don't want to skirt Eastmans' magazine when it comes out, either way I'm excited to read the results of the poll and comments in the magazine and online.

I say ID, MT, and WY can at least issue 2 boar tags each, 1 resident, 1 non-resident.

Charge $25 non-refundable just to apply, think about all the revenue that would be generated!?

and certainly these 3 states can handle losing 2 boars each, ie...the population won't collapse.

It simply won't happen until the grizzlies are completely out of the protection of the Endangered Species Act. The conservationists within the federal agencies want the grizzlies to spread from Greater Yellowstone northwest until they are well established in MT and in ID's wilderness areas.

I don't share that opinion. I would like to keep the grizzlies wild in Yellowstone, but keep them there like a zoo. I'm horrible, I know. But there's lots of areas that I'd like to hunt more comfortably, knowing they're not around.

So I would be all for a hunt, but I would charge a hec of a lot more than $25 to apply. $750 or $1000 would better deter the folks who would have no interest in hunting.
