What seems to be a good grain weight for arrow set up for Elk? I am shooting 340 ACC/wrap with Red Feather Archery Phoenix 100's which gives me grain weight of 440.

Sounds like you have a good elk set up right where your at. You don't need to change nothin'.

Thanks! I thought I was good but wanted to make sure my first Elk hunt is in Sept.

you can download the Easton Shaft Selector software, plug in your information and will give you your kinetic energy.

If you are confident with that setup, I would go with it, sounds like a great weight to me. Good luck on your hunt.

I just bought a new bow (I did not need one) so I could give my brother my 1 year old bow. He just graduated law school and could not afford one at this time. So it is a new set up for me and I just wanted to make sure it will work. Thanks for all the replies and help!!

Awesome. That's my neck of the woods. I'll probably be doing 83. Unless I luck out and get an archery deer tag for 80/81.
