Everyone get some good scouting and have a good summer.:cool: hvfd21walker I grew up in Manitou Springs ( 7000 people evacuated next to Colo Springs ) and moved a little to the north and east. I have a 100 mile view of the front range and 3 14,000 peaks, unfortunatly I can also see the 3 fires and feel for those people. Go get um and be safe. Thankyou.

Well 15 days of fires. Heading home for 2days of mandatory R and R. See what happens after that. It sure is dry here in Montana.

You will probably get caught up here in the 'Root. You should have seen the lightning last night. There will be some starts, and I hear a Type2 crew is being ordered for the fire in the West Fork.
