Thanks much everyone ! I took him on public land DIY. I have never had the priviledge to hunt private property. :D

What a toad. The antlers are awesome, but I'm impressed with the body size. How much did he weigh? Congrats and thanks for sharing the pic.

The carcass quartered up wieghed 168 pounds on the scale at my buddies meat shop. I do not know what he wieghed all together though. Here is another big bodied buck we took in 2005 that the carcass quartered up wieghed 178 pounds.
