Thats is funny, but sad that people really think that. We run cattle in Montana and it is amazing how people don't have a clue how not only the meat but the vegeies they eat come from a farm or ranch.

Elkoholic is correct. haha, so dumb. They should write an article on how many insects were harmed picking their veggies.

that was funny.. and sad..the person that wrote that has no clue what life is all about.. they grow up not knowing about where there food comes from and thinks it is made at the store. it makes you wonder what they really was taught growing up

HA I deal with the same thing with a employee at work. I have a relative that will not eat wild game because it did not come from the grocery store. I would rather eat a elk steak that I packed out and processed my self than eat some beef burger from WalMart.

Brain numb sheep. That makes me sick.

Right on about the meat from the field! Way better than some grocery store flesh.

I'm from California, so I deal with this stuff all the time too. I was looking at an aerial photo once with an engineer graduate (smart person?) and she asked me what all the green squares were? I had to tell her that they were agricultural plots, probably cotton or wheat fields. Her response was" We still grow that stuff?" I asked her where she thought it came from if we weren't growing it anymore and she told me the grocery store! I couldn't help but laugh. True story I swear.

The author of that profund statement probably had to pay the news paper to post that ad. Showing there inteligence again. Can't even imagen going through life so clueless.
