I agree. I use Barnes X for my 338 ultra mag and I really like the results

When I was sighting in my rifle , the range used tires as a backstop and it was interesting to see the dust fly up after shooting as the Barnes copper 180 graains went right through the tire!! I suspect they also went through the elk my son and I shot .Thanks for the responses on my post. Do want to go back to Wyoming for another hunt once the checkbook gets built up again:)

We hunted north of Dubois and liked the area except for the grizzlies!!! Way too many bears!!
