Actually no more than 2 of any of those are off the same ranch. Monterey and Mendocino Counties. I do well on the NF also. About every 3rd buck is a public lander. Never hired a guide or payed a trespass fee for any deer I've taken.

Those are some real nice bucks BigSurArcher! looks like you are a very accomplished Blacktail hunter and have some great spots to hunt.

Well we started off @ 8000 ft and saw some good bucks, had good stalks, but the buck brush had other plans with my arrow at about 16 yards, but ended up pokeing this guy @ about 4000.
