Went out for a good hike today. After lots of elevation gained, ran into about 200+ head of elk, and found that the bulls are still packing. No elk sheds but I did find a deadhead muley that made the day even better.

I posted my season in the general hunting forum. Was a great year.
I don't understand why they would limit it to only the one side of the divide. But in my opinion I think that it should be may first for the entire state as well as all states. Here in Idaho we have a few spots that are like that but I think that the entire state should be, in these areas that don't have the restriction people have been all over pushing and scaring the game and believe me, they don't need the added pressure.Quote:
