Nice work... I have 8 bears under my belt and I cant seem to kill a black one. Funny how it works i guess. I leave June 1st for my trip:) Fingers crossed.

I have yet to go spot and stalk DIY black bear hunting. I'm not sold on hunting over bait. Which MT unit would you recommend and which is better - spring or fall?
I just got back from Yellowstone and saw five different grizzlies, including a huge one at 20 yds, kind of gave me the bug to get a bear. I was not crazy enough to get out of my vehicle but got some great pics.
