I began my law enforcement career 23 years ago as a state game warden......transferred to a major law enforcement agency in the area a year later. Liked being a warden.......but when I couldn't take vacation to go hunting (busy time for wardens), I decided to transfer. Been with my current department for 22 years now.

I'm a Sr. Environmental Health Specialist for the Health Department. I head up a crew that conducts Zoonotic disease surveillance and abatement in the Las Vegas area.
We look for disease outbreaks in animals that have the ability to bridge the gap from animal to man, then eliminate the source if possible. This includes diseases like Plague, Hantavirus, West Nile Virus, Equine Encephalitis, Rabies, Raccoon Roundworm, etc. Been at it for 6 years and loving it.

Distribution Linemen for a utility in Wisconsin. Get to climb 80 year old power poles and play with voltages from 120 to 24.9kv, pretty decent job and it keeps you on your toes.
