Better carry 1 in wolf country!
Don't carry in UT. Do carry in WY as I tend to spend many nights sleeping amongst the bears and don't want to rely on bear spray inside my tent.
Would love not to carry at all as I hate the extra weight.
In Oregon it used to be prohibited in the hunting regs. Someone chalenged it and its unconstitutional to not allow someone to carry a firearm. So now you can.
Most states also have an exception in the concealed law that allows the carry during hunting and fishing. I know Oregon and California have this exception. California's is only while in the field though not driving down the road even if thats how you hunt.
I carry a S and W 340 PD. Ultralight 357mag.
.44 Ruger Super Blackhawk for me.
Legal or not where I hunt, I prefer to state my case to a judge than have my case stated to a mortician.
