I would love to see a whole issue focused on monster Blacktails. From some of the stories in past issues there are some nice Blacktails being taken and those deer are beautiful. What do ya think, a possibility????

That would be great. Would be nice to see a combo of gun or bow, backcountry bucks. Anyone with money can go to Mendocino county and shoot a Booner Blacktail on a Private Ranch. Would be great to see some of what the average guy can get with some hard work, and a little luck. JMO.
I'd like to put my vote in for that issue. I'm sure Gamehog would be all for it as well.
i enjoy hunting blacktails, since thats all there is where im at.. i heard a 170 plus inch TRUE breed blackie was taken somewhere in california this past hunting year
