That's pretty freakin' awesome!!!!
I just hope we have the elk to support this. It would be really upsetting if everyone could get three elk tags just because the G&F needs money, and not because we really have that many elk.

I think the areas that are listed are just limited quota cow/calf they just have a history of not selling all the tags. So this is just a way to make sure the tags get sold and generate more revenueQuote:
