Those dog are way gone. I barely got a bit of one before my kid grabed them.
I did take the meat to the butcher yesterday, I decided to have him do it this year because of the amazing chorizo he made with a doe I took last year. Plus not much time these days to butcher it up myself.
Oh man ! what a great idea , chorizo ! My son is addicted to it. I ground a lot of my goat but tw/Italion seasoning for spaggetti,etc. and took the loins and some of backstrap and marinated in in some teriaki called veri veri teriaki from Wally Mart. Has sessime seed in it overnite. BBQ it just till rare in middle. It was so dam tender and good ! Chorizo... dammit !
Tell the wife congratsw and thanks for the story and pics! I am just a week away from a buddys wife goat hunt and then archery elk and 15 days of hunting just a little bummed we had to cut it sort 7 days. But these dead critters photos gets me jacked.
