Election please vote

I am here to ask a favor among all of you on this site.

Tommorow may not seem like a big deal, but I can assure you it is.

I have had the privlidge of serving in the military for almost 20 years. It's all been wonderful, some of my most cherished moments are in the warzone in Afghanistan, Iraq and in Kosovo. In the last two presidential elections I never received a ballot as we were without mail in the area I was deployed to.

There are a lot of military members out there that have not received their ballot, if you were thinking of not voting because you don't like either canidate I ask that you hit the ballot box and vote in honor of a military member.

There are almost 300,000 military men and women deployed to all over the world right now. I would venture to say that a great number of them did not get a ballot.

Nice post edelweiss, and thank you for your service to the country. I did my civic duty last week, I hope everyone gets out and votes.

Voted a couple of weeks ago when early voting started. Havn't missed a voting opportunity since I turned 21. My first voting opportunity was in 1962!

Have plans to bail out early from work and get my vote on. Looking forward to some real "change" :)
