Mtn Goat Hunting DIY

I'm looking for information on DIY Mtn Goat hunting in B.C. Where is a good area to start.

I believe a good place to start would be by being a resident of Canada, and maybe even B.C. A lot of providences require a guide if you are a nonresident. Good Luck.
