No such thing as leftover general tags for elk.
The leftovers are gender and unit specific. (ES or cow/calf)

Yep, and it will be mostly cow tags and maybe a few difficult to access bull tag areas.Quote:

I think it is July. They don't issue anything until the resident draw if over.
