wy mule deer

any ideas for hunting big mule deer in western wy in sept??

What do you mena by ideas? Like options? Not sure what the question is but there is some great hunting in Western Wyoming. Sept 15the is the Opener in some of the units.

i have 4 points for wy...i was thinking about G or H. im from CO and have not hunted deer in western wy..

Hunted there last Fall. With 4 pnts you'll draw a G tag I'm sure. If I could figure out how to post a pic I send one of our success. Go to the Field Photo section on this forum I have one there. Fun hunt, lot of deer. Hopefully the Winter is kind to them.

thanks for the info. what part of G did you hunt?? see lots of big deer?? i cant figer out how to get to that picture?? did you kill a big one?? im looking for something over 185"...but willing to put in miles to find one..

how far back in do need to pack? if everyone is packing "way back in" do you see many ppl?

If you get off the beatn path. Most of the horse guys ride the trails. We also try and avoid the opener, too many people for me.

i see do you bow hunt that at all?
