I live in G and I would concur that the kill has been minimal. Lot's of dead young deer on the roads (as usual) this year, but I've seen plenty of healthy bucks.

I think traffic has killed more deer around here than winter.

Yep, the book is an awesome resource. Dave is not just a great hunter but an absolute authority on the animal (mule deer) he hunts.
