For the $, I think Vortex has as good of quality optics as most of the mid to high end brands.They also have a lifetime, no questions asked warranty - run over it, drop it off a cliff, whatever...

100 gr G5 Montec for sure. I've shot dosens of deer and 4 elk with 100% pass through. The last bull I shot was at 80 yds - stuck a foot into the bank behind him. None have ever broke a blade.

I'd put him in the 180's. Definitely a shooter - Hope you get a hand on him!
