Here is a pic. You can see the slight raised ring at the base of the fieldpoint on the one on the left side. The right side fieldpoint is completely flat at the base.

Just another update with the Injexion arrows. I have found the problem with the slight wobble and the splintering at the shaft has been from field tips that were not quite machined all the way to the...

For what its worth you can put whatever helical you want and it will still shoot fine through the Whisker Biscuit. If you plan on shooting a dropaway there are plenty of options that will work just...

LOL, back with the Injexions. Better long range groups and feel it is do to a slightly stiffer spine in the 330's and the smaller diameter shafts in the wind

Just cut those down to 26-27" raw shaft. This will probably put you close to 10.5%-11%. I am a 29" draw and my arrows generally run 27" raw shaft. I would take off the wraps as well.

    Hoyt Spyder 30 @ 60,70,80,90 and 100 yards

Really liking this bow and was dying to get some time to shoot some long range. I had a 7-10 mph crosswind and blew my 90 yard group but oh we'll.
Looking forward to some more time behind this one...

I am back to my original plan and shooting the FMJ's this year. They put up some really good long range groups with the DNA. Now, weather permitting, I will be testing them this weekend down range...

I am getting a slight wobble with my fieldpoints even and I think it is related to the smaller shank. Probably sticking to my original plan and staying with the FMJ's

    Update.

    Thanks Bro

I was using 8190 the last couple years but I find more stretch and it takes longer than the 452x to settle in and stay put. I have been getting the same speeds as 8190 +or- 1 or 2 fps....

    Spyder 30

With new strings settled in here are my findings. I would say it is a noticeable difference on the Spyder 30 with 452x strings. All admit I was a little skeptical on the reports about it...
