The show has been cancelled
I saw on "mynortheastoutdoors.com" that 233 exhibitors pulled out because the promoter doesn't like black rifles. The same promoter does the SHOT show
Never elk hunted and want a 320 bull. I would worry about killing any legal bull first
Yes you can. You should have read the last thread
I like my 2010 H3 with the adventure package. It's stock with 33in tires and electric lockers front & rear. It gets me anywhere I want to go. I also get 16 MPG on the highway
I like that they already list Grizzly tags for $6000 and they want to raise them. How much will they be when you can actualy hunt them.
A couple years ago while bow hunting for elk I had a mountain goat cross a beaver dam in front of me. When I told told a guy from the forest service, he kept trying to tell me it was a sheep, and I...
Ask the kid who poached the deer, he knows where to find them
I'm a big fan of UA heat gear. Elk & antelope out west or early bow season in Jersey. It dries fast & doesn't stink. I also use synthetic socks & underware. Cotton is fine for setting around camp but...
Drew a Wy general elk tag as a 2nd choice
I believe in Big Foot, Santa Clause & the Easter bunny LOL
Why do most bow hunters use a compound bow. So they can shoot farther? To each his own
I guess you mean next year because Wyoming already had the elk draw
I also have a 7mm SAUM. I shot 168gr Bergers last year but was in a hurry and didn't have time to play at the range. Maybe I will try some of your ideas. Thanks
Remington model 7 in 7mm SAUM with 160gr Berger VLD
I drew a general tag as my second choice. Now I have to figure out where to hunt. I thought we had the points to get the tag we wanted
Saw lots of antelope in area 72. Lots of small herds but a few large herds also. A lot were on BLM land. Get a GPS with a platt map chip. Lots were on small plots of BLM land. Send for doe tags...
I drove out here to Wyoming from Jersey. I have a special buck and 4 doe tags plus 2 cow elk tags. I'm single and don't want to know what this is going to cost me by the time I get home November 7th
I took a ride yesterday in area 72 and saw quite a few antelope. A bunch of small groups with some nice bucks. A lot were on BLM land. During the week you will have it all to yourself
I drove out from Jersey and I am hunting area 73. It has gone down hill compared to 2 years ago. I have 2 doe tags for area 72 so this week I will see what is down there
I have been hunting area 73 the last 2days and haven't seen half the antelope I did 2 years ago. Took 2 does today but haven't seen a shooter buck
I was thinking of getting a antlerless elk tag for area 121 and hunting the first of November. Anyone know the area. And why so many leftover antlerless tags?
