Thank you for the giveaway.
Thanks for the giveaway Hilleberg. I would definitely use this tent when I draw a sheep tag, as well as any other back country hunts.
Just curious, did the Sheppersons charge you?
congrats DrElk. That's one heck of a lucky pull. You will enjoy the hunt, that's for sure!
Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

We were about an hour north of Jackson.

We used tag and drag to pack my wife's bull bison out last year. It was on the forest and not very close to the road and still wasn't $500. They are very reasonably priced and in my opinion worth...

I checked earlier this morning, and there wasn't anything listed for my name either.
I've seen a few belt buckles with elk ivories that were kinda cool.
Excellent pictures. Looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
Great write up!
Looking at the third picture it looks like the lodge on the Big Horn Mountain Road North of Arminto and Waltman. Not sure what the name of the lodge is though.

Mountain lion, wolf, and bear are included!!??--A lot of good that does somebody since you can buy it over the counter!
Thanks for the nice remarks everybody. One bark out of the 7MM--175 grain core-lokt was all it took to put the big boy on the ground. I'll try to give a full write-up later. The meat is by far the...
Back in May I posted that my wife had drawn a bull bison tag here in Wyoming. Here are some pictures with a very happy lady.72467247724872497250
This is a posed picture. A guy I know shot the cat and positioned it next to its last meal for a picture.
I didn't say all WIA's were great, I merely stated there are some very good ones out there.
I completely understand that they only lease the grass, but in my opinion the price paid by the rancher to lease public land is very cheap in comparison to prices that would be paid for the...
