I took this buck on public land down in Region C this year. Like everyone else has said, those BLM maps come in handy.

Cool, thanks for the info!
Hows does that work. Do I call the Regions block management coordinator then call the land owner contact that they give me or do they facilitate the whole getting your name on the list to hunt the...
I'm looking to do a Montana hunt in 2013. I hunt in NE wyoming every year so I was thinking of trying SE Montana. I was just curious what the public access was like in units 702, 704 and 705. I'll...
Well, I don't think he asked your opinion on his 270 project. Sounds like you like the 270 so stick with it man! 270 is a great caliber, will do you well in MT and there's a reason O'Connor used it...
It's a great stock, super light but tough as nails. It seems to send the recoil straight back, more like a steady push than a jump which I like myself.
Thats awesome man!
Yea the rifle is very very light but recoil is suprisingly mild due to the design of the Hunters Edge and the recoil pad added by my gun smith, very fun to shoot.
Haha wow, I can't believe I forgot to put the caliber. It's a 270 WSM shooting 140 grain accubonds.
Well, I've had this rifle for almost a year now, it got its first kills in Wyoming this past October. It was a graduation present from my parents.

Uh oh everyone put on your tin foil hats so big brother can't hear your thoughts... very "interesting" article
May not make the book but a dandy buck none the less!
Here's a pic of the entrance wound on my Muley I shot last season with the 100g wacem. Not the biggest hole but complete pass thru at 30 yards with a 420 grain arrow going 270 fps. He didn't go...
That looks like a dandy buck there bitterroot
I worked out of Naches R.D. Now I work for the fire crew at the Cle Elum R.D.
Well I found out today that he is ordering my barrel from cutrifle.com They are custom made barrels by a man named Dan Pendersen based out of Prescott, AZ
I like mountain house as well, but for snacks and breakfast I tend to bring a lot of Cliff Bars. They look like a turd but most taste pretty good and packed full of energy.
No I haven't, I have a buddy who's a taxidermist, he'd probably do a better job than me lol. I should have him stretch the tape on them though. Any guesses as to what they might score?
Found these here in eastern Washington, for reference I'm 6' 3"
