Im looking at picking up some of the First Lite merino wool outer layers. I love merino wool base layers, so why not get some outer layers too I figure.

Mines pretty light and minimal. Most of my weight is spotter/tripod and water. 20 lbs would be a good load for my day pack.

Easy to set up and tune, hands down the most bullet proof hunting rest there...
235 is plenty fast.
Get a good fixed blade, cut on contact broadhead (perhaps even a two blade design).....stay AWAY from mechanicals as they'll eat up even more energy on blade deployment.
