    My 5x5 whitetail from 2010

Took this big 5x5 as he was trailing a doe on Nov. 6th. Apparently he was a fighter as he has several tines and the main beams broken off short.

Very nice! That is on the list, I hear whitetail tastes alot better than mule deer. He is a beauty and thanks for not say 10 pointer. That bugs me for some reason.

    P.s.
Quite an accomplishment for a traditional bow hunter. Impressive.

Broken tines or not, still definitely a stud. Good job.

Awesome job! That is cool you did it old school. (not saying you are old)

Drhorsepower: I killed my first whitey a few years ago in Montana, and if I would have known then how good they taste, I would have bought a few doe tags too!

Ruttin, Well I'm no spring chicken. We used to hunt Utah every year for mulies outside of Moab. Had pretty fair success and a great time. Always wanted to hunt the Book Cliffs but never got it done. The last 6 or 7 years we've been hunting Wyoming as I can't get my hunting partner to travel the distance to Utah anymore. We'll be heading to the Bighorns in about 3 weeks for mule deer. Started out hunting with a recurve and then hunted with a compound in the late 70's but went back to hunting with the recurve in 1983 and have never looked back.
