    Elk hunting the Oregon Coast

    I am having problems trying to figure out where to hunt I live by Waldport there is a lot of Elk around but figuring out whose property they are on is a pain.Got any suggestions?

    I hunt south of you and there is alot of elk and some big bulls man it is steep and tough hunting but I love it . Are you talking about timber companies or private land owners ?

    Have you looked at the Siuslaw NF? It's right next to you and plenty of public land places to hunt. Stott Mtn. Just north of you as well.

    Im new to the area and looking for some one to go hunting with in the upcoming rifle Elk 10th-13th of Nov I was thinking of hunting the Yachuts state land but still not sure. If you have any suggestions or if any body whats to teem up just let me know thanks.
