I let my subscription lapse one time by a month, and didn't get one of my issues of EBJ. When I asked them if they could send me a back issue they sent it no questions asked, and I even told them I would pay for it because it was my fault not theirs, and they told me no way we will send it out right away. Customer service is great!

considering that today is the first of april, I guess I didn't win the hunt in march. no ups guy at my house. maybe i'll get lucky in august.
