    Tough Year...

Well I have been hunting the last 3 weeks and I have nothing to show for it lol. Hunted archery antelope in NV for 5 days. Got to 60 yards, drew back, they spooked to 80 yards and I shot under him lol... Then I went up on the mountain for deer for the next 7 days, missed a 30" 3x3 and a smaller buck. Went up again this week and nothing again lol. It's been a tough year of hunting for me. I had my hopes high before the season started because I had this 190ish" buck spotted while I was scouting 2 weeks before the hunt:

Once the season started, he was no-where to be found. Better luck next year I guess lol...

So has anyone killed anything so far this year?? If so lets see some pictures. I need to see something dead to make me feel better lol...

Starting out tough for us too, but my daughter got her first shots this weekend....got to experience buck fever.

New moon this weekend should help!

archery hunting antelope is rough!!! It took me 4 years before I finally got one! It is definitely a patience tester. But like Elkcrazedfrk said, never give up!! It will pay off!!

Archery antelope has been tough for me too. Finally got a tag for a unit kinda close to home where we always see them. Now that I have the tag they are sparse. I have permission to hunt a couple of alfalfa fields where there is usually a herd of 60 in each. Now there are 0! Only two stalks this year.
