    Low Calorie Protein Powder

A lot of the powders I find are quite high in calories and I was wondering if anyone knew of any low cal protein powder?

I honestly don't know much about them, but I want a fairly high amount of protein with the least amount of calories possible.

I like this one: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/xf...ptidewhey.html ThermoLife also makes a good blend called Vasolate.

Take a look at the stuff made with rice protein, they usually have fewer fillers. All protein powders with have 4 x grams protein of calories. Most all food companies use the formula (4 x g of protein) + (4 x g carbohydrates) + (9 x g of fat) = total calories. The extra in some protein powders is due to the fillers and binders or flavors.

Looks like my post wasn't approved. Look at Xtreme Formulations ultra peptide whey or ThermoLife Vasolate for a blend. Just google them.

HuntinFool, why do you want to take protein powder? Are you working out so much that you need it?
