    My 2011 Nevada Archery Antelope

The night before the season we saw a nice buck with about 20-25 does on the water hole on my blind. We then set our sights on him. Then on the third day a group of 4 does came, then the rest came filing in. Then after the does tested the waters, about 5 minutes later he came in. I misjudged the distance on my first shot, as in the excitement of it all I couldn't find it, and shot right over his back. Then he trotted out to about 40 yards and i whacked him... FIRST BOW KILL!!!

Thanks! You wouldn't think sitting on a blind for 40 hours would be so worth it!

Good job NVARCHER, your family must be very proud of you. Patience is the name of the game when hunting with stick & string and it looks like you have it dialed in at a very young age.
