FYI, the new regs, dates, etc. for the 2012 AZ elk, antelope fall seasons is available online at azgfd.gov. You can also apply for the draw online, finally.

Sort of. If you pay with check on a mail in application they need it all up front. If you pay with credit card on an on-line application it don't go against your card until (if) you get drawn.
