I need to get in better shape for hunting this year.
Anybody try to P90X program?
Looks like it incorporates strength, flexibility and cardio. I'm 51 and in decent shape but need to step it up some.

i have went through most of the program. Its quite a committment but provides an excellent workout. Works a wide variety of muscles, its very easy to do too much too quickly. Its setup to do 90 days in a row, but it took me more like 150 due to time constraints. Highly recommend it though.
Great program, it is important to have good diet plan. You can really burn through the calorie, watch your performance, if you start Dragging increase our calories. Go to www.archerytalk.com there are a lot of info about P90X workouts.
Exercise is the best way to maintain your good health.I never listen about this before.I sure will must be use this program in the future. Thanks for sharing this....

I use the P90X. It is ok and it works if you keep up with it and don't slack on it. I like it to be able to be home. With kids and homework I like having something I can do at home for a hour or so. My wife likes to do it with me which has been good for us as a couple. It really comes to what you put into it and pushing yourself out of your comfort zones. I find myself just getting thru each DVD and getting a bit burned out with the program.
Keeping motivated and moving towards the goal has got to be my biggest obstacle. There are a lot of great workouts and programs out there but keeping motivated and not giving up has got to be one of the bigger obstacles out there.
I'm 51 and I hear you on stepping it up. I want to be able to hunt and to be able to be out in the mountains as long as I can. Time has a way of flying by fast.
Great video, Kevin.
according to his most recent FB status hes already gotten 4K views in 3 days! Ive watched that video twice now for some motivation haha
Look for a CrossFit gym in your area. This can get you where you need to be. Plus your pushed by other classmates. It strengthens mental toughness as much as anything. I like to call it "Torturefit". If you've tried it you will probably agree.
