Axis Easton St Carbon infused FMJ's

I got a dozen of these for Christmas. I have been previously shooting the axis st 340's. Has anyone used these? If so how did you like them. My guy at the pro shop here said it would add about 50 grains and it would really only affect flight out past 50 yards. What are your guys thoughts?

I have both and at 29-1/8" length of arrow the ST weighs 420 grns. the FMJ weighs in at 475grns. Love them both, you will notice a difference after 50 yds. The FMJ weighs more 11.3 grns. per inch, the ST is at 9.5 belive. It's going to hit a little lower than the ST, but make's up for it in kinetic energy. Either arrow is going to do the trick for you no matter what your after.

try the neon fusion vanes from Norway...love them...I switched to the Goldtip Kinetics this year...shooting a 500 gr arrow now..was shooting the Hunter XTs at 450 gr...there is a slight difference in speed....and a bit a of a drop..but the KE is awesome!
