i hunted in unit 10 3 years ago and it will take you four to six points to draw
they have been cutting tags ther for over 4 years the dow said he used to have 8000 deer there and now down to 3500-4000
the elk are boomin in that unit and hurtin the deer #'s
but if you do draw i have info() pulled a 184 typical and a 206 nontypical)

Thanks CoBack. That's awesome. I'd be happy with a lesser deer than 184 for sure. Sounds like they need to make it a little easier to draw elk there huh? Is access an issue at all? It doesn't seem like it would be.

Hey CoBackcountry: How did the quality of the elk look on Unit 10. I have 20 points for elk and would have a descent shot at a muzzleloader or rifle tag this year. I have not really been seriously considering Unit 10 since I had heard the trophy quality had been declining the past several years.

I'd just recommend what my dad taught me...work hard, be generous with those you love, spend less then you make, make long term plans and save for them. I'd recommend Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. ;-)
