The USFS and the BLM have a multi-million dollar effort to use the Sage Grouch to restrict useage of our public land.

The spelling is on purpose, thats what Brian Hawthorne of the Blue Ribbon Coalition call the greater sage-grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus). The USF&WS found the grouch to warrent protection under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
Not to worry, this only covers nearly all the BLM in ten (10) western states. You can find details @ http://www.sharetrails.org/uploads/l...ouse:plans.htm and I really canot spell, I just copied.
