    That's a nice written summary article arrowslinger. I like the way you compressed things. One of the researchers I work with deals with human metabolism and she gave me some papers on how the body reacts to dehydration and starvation. I will see if I can find them and put them up. Some great advise on vitamins, minerals, and other things that you can eat or avoid to help your body eat itself and keep you sharp when you might otherwise not be.
    People in SUV's and suburbs will kill more game animals than a man with a bow, ever could.
