I thought I would let the EFF know about some new ultralight shelters coming out. They have some nice specs on weight.

Those look great bb, they would be very nice if you have a basecamp, btw what does eff stand for?
If I calculated the conversion right from grams, pack weight .98 pounds for the solo, 1.4 pounds for the duo? It looks very roomy from the footprint and picture too. It sounds like you can also use the trekking poles similar to what you do on your Tarptent. They both have some nice specs.

With that price tag, I will let bb do a good review on it before I drop that coin. I wonder how it would do in snow. You know what they say though, you get what you pay for!
Here's a few comments on them.

Spooning will be necessary.
I love that line. They looked decent size to me on website, not on that review though.
They do look a lil small but for the weight of a duo you could carry it for one man tent easy enough but id be concerned about conensation from the looks of it to me. Any thoughts on that?
