    Spring Bears

Does California have an OTC Spring Bear hunt? Is it possible to spot and stalk them with a bow?

Hey nva as of now CA does not have a spring bear hunt. I wish they did because I would be the first to sign up.

Oregon has a lot of opportunity for a really good spring bear hunt. The cost is high i know for a non res. tag but lots of land to hunt with a lot of bear to find. The ground can be tough to cover for a shot but lots of fun. Any weapon too!
