Sad News For North Idaho

I saw on some wolf lover site they are trying to make idaho dfw prosecute him. They wont get far with it but they will try anything they can. I look at their sites some times to see what they are up to. They all block me from posting. I guess they dont want the truth to get out.......

It is such a shame that people cannot understand the equal balance of predator to prey when it comes to wolves. Perhaps as time goes on the perspective will change. I just hope it is before the elk are put on the endagered list in Idaho. I pray that i will be able to hunt elk with my son in Idaho when he is older. And if we are able to hunt them at that time, I hope there are elk to see and hear, instead of the remaining elk being silent for fear of the wolves.

Got my 2012 license and a wolf tag today!!!!!!!! Alot of the problem is most of the people so set on protecting wolves dont live anywhere near where there are wolves. I doubt most have ever even seen a wolf in the wild and they have no idea what is really going on here.

belive me i'm from mn we have one of the hightest wolf number in the lower 48 like something around 8,000 you go anywhere in northern mn and 20 years ago great hunting now you will be lucky to see a track of a deer and if you do next to it will be a wolf. there is nothing left in are area no moose, deer there even messing up the turkeys and grouse. they need to be reduced big time if i ever plan to kill a northern giant buck or a moose ever in my life

I really feel for you guys in Idaho! I know one thing for sure...any wolf I see anywhere while I'm hunting is in serious trouble. There is no question in my mind that they will be here in Colorado....its only a matter of time.

The wolves have decimated the big game population all around Yellowstone NP. They will eventually spread throughout the Rockies. Pretty sad situation.

they are in colorado i have no doubt about it, they have allready found road killed wolves in south and north dakota sporting hardware put on them in yellowstone park. time we release some of these cute wolves lose in DC and show these peacemongers how cute they really are.

Yep...I talked to a biologist recently and he said 2 collared Yellowstone wolves have been found dead here, both in NW part of the state.

A few years ago, maybe 5-7, a collared yellowstone wolf was hit by a car close to Idaho Springs, CO. This is about 30 miles west of Denver. Another collared wolf was found dead, after they recieved a mortality signal ( no movement), west of the Grand Junction area, close to Utah border. Several sightings by ranchers in NW Colorado. They are here for sure! I can't imagine Colorado's wildlife being managed by a bunch of bunny huggers.
