Colorado unit S60

Anyone know much about this unit? I have a non resident friend who has a plenty of points and was looking in to this unit.. I know there is a decent herd in there but I am a little worried if the sheep are public land accessible? Thanks

There's some public land in S60, but there is also quite a bit of private land also. If he decides to go that route, very precise maps designation bounds will be needed.
