Arrow shafts

I'm going to start making up my own arrows. Where us the best place to buy the raw shafts (cheap). I'm not really hung up on brands, just would like a decent quality arrow.

I just bought 3 dozen shafts from Sportsmans guide. Gold tip pro hunter 75/95. That was the cheapest I found them. I found some a little cheaper on eBay but the guy was an a$$ hole.

So, what was the problem with the guy on eBay. Would you mind pm'ing me with the seller. I've been looking on eBay as well, but don't want to support that at all.
