Is this a good deal on a canvas tent

I ran across this tent for sale on craigslist. Anybody have any exeperience with Davis Tents and any opinions if this is a good deal. Seems like it, the picture in the add shows the tent and it has never been used.

Davis Tent and Awening from Denver, CO made Wall Tent. 12x14, water, mildew treated, 6" stove jack on the left side of tent in the roof, NEW, never been used. Back window, tent bag and all the frame brackets. Internal frame style tent. This tent would cost you with all things listed $901.25 +Shipping from Davis Tent & Awening in Denver, CO if you were to purchase this from them today. I'll sell mine for $650/obo, need to get rid of it and need the money

Not a bad price at all but will the shipping kill the deal? Unless you are in or around Denver to pick it up, I have the same size tent from Davis. I have had it for at least 12 years and have nothing bad to say about it. I will probably break down and buy a pole kit for it this year as I get tired of cutting poles and in some places that is just not possible anymore. Davis has been around a long time. Go to their web site and verify the price - http://www.davistent.com/

Sounds like a good deal to me. Never used? I would want to see it in person first, though.

The tent is made in Denver but is local to where I live. I can look at it in person. I don't know a whole lot about wall tents and didn't know if they make a quality product. Thanks for the replies guys.
