Cuz they pay a little extra under the table. lol. Na prob has to do with USPS and how close they live to where it ships from.

I live in GA and got mine last thursday 3/8/12. We southerners are just priveleged I guess. lol

I got mine last week, it did say that the Nevada MRS will not be in the issue due to the Nevada G&F not having quotas set in some areas. That migth explain why its late they were probably waiting until the last moments to try to get that info in this issue. It also said that the Nevada MRS will be in the next issue.
