Dcestnik, maybe you should be the G&F commissioner. You brought up some points that I didn't even think about and that seems like it would work pretty well. It will most likely be a comprimise that everybody could be happy about (excluding a few that are scared of change).

By the way everybody, I heard there is a high possibility that licences prices across the board are going to increase again.

Its going to be difficult for the old timers who are used to hitting the local shop for licenses on the way out on opening day though.

That may be but there is still a good possibility that there will be a lot of leftover licences available over the counter.
