Colorado Deer Unit 139

I was wondering if anybody has hunted Co unit 139 for deer. I drew the tag last year but issues came up that made me turn in my tag.. I have plenty of points(8) but just trying to get somebody's experience from that unit. I know there are whitetails and some big mulies.. Thanks

Do not use 8 points for that unit. The tag, depending on season and weapon, can be drawn on 2nd choice. Only the late season rifle takes points to draw, but 3 points max is all. If you are really looking to burn that many points on an eastern plains hunt, there are a lot better places to hunt.
